The venue is fairly clean, with unbeatable location really close to which is amazing for swimming, Old San Juan, Condado.

I liked the central location plus the staff were happy to help. Fruit, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereals and bacon were excellent and overall there was plenty of food. The beach was clean. It was 10 minutes' drive from the airport.

Budget hotel located in a beautiful area next to Old San Juan, restaurants, cruise terminal. Immensely pleasant, best employees. The continental breakfast was included, that's cool.

all in all a compact hotel and perfectly pleasant stay. the king studio was decent, had incredible views. it was great to have snacks in the lobby.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, especially eggs, fruit and bacon, the staff was sweet. The room was immaculate and lovely, it had ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS views.

Property was lovely welcoming, room was stylish and fully equipped. Caring staff, provided friendly service and was willing to help. The breakfast here was hot with food, cold choices plus omelette station. Took advantage of wake up service, offered at no cost.

It was exceptional value in contrast to other hotels. I loved stuff and location, as well as every other detail. It was an industrial area, a decent base for me. Amazing view of ocean. Pool was amazing and beds where spacious...

Convenient & reasonably clean hotel, it was in an ideal location, has very welcoming staff. Our room had a very comfy bed and a marvellous view. The fact the service was exceptional too.

We really enjoyed hyatt house san juan. Incendium tapas et vina was set 15 minutes walk away. Miramar neighborhood was worth exploring;)))

great hotel. good access to a port. a kitchen area, a couch and a couch bed were a huge plus. location is excellant.
